"Had a fabulous week in this very special cottage full of character and cosiness. Very spacious and homely. Dogs enjoyed the garden as did we. Weather was not great….thunder and lightning, hailstorms, four seasons, but didn’t stop us enjoying visits to Castle Tioram, Glenfinnan Monument, Sanna, Ardtoe, Glenuig and had some lovely meals out. Wildlife in abundance, deer, fabulous scenery. We have been coming to Ardnamurchan for over 20 years and spent our 35th  wedding anniversary here every June. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we hope to be back next year"

"Thank you for this comfortable, , well- appointed and beautifully sited cottage.
For some of us it was the fifth visit to the area in 40 years.
The weather was extremely good with plenty of sunshine and only a few showers on Friday and Saturday.
Travelled around the area on the single track roads, often along the shore lines. Didn’t see as much wildlife as we’d hoped, but the scenery was spectacular. Went for plenty of walks when car parking allowed all the way from Ardnamurchan Point to Kingairloch.
The dogs loved the garden and everyone had a great time. We were especially fortunate with the weather, after the seemingly endless weeks of rain during the winter."

"Lovely week had in Acharacle, visiting lots of favourite haunts. Introducing Ardnamurchan to the next generation. Weather was much better than forecast and all the midge precautions were mostly unused. Cottage is comfortable with lovely grounds and views. Used as a base to visit Sanna  , Kilchoan, lighthouse, Portuairk, Tobermory, Ardtoe, ( renewing our acquaintance with the monster midge ) Castle Tioram and seeing old friends. Would love the (Corran) ferry to have been working.!!
After 40 years we are still loving Ardnamurchan although first visit to Rowanhill."

"We had a fantastic week at Rowanhill Cottage. The place was clean and tidy and in such a beautiful location. The fishing wasn't the best due to the sun splitting the sky for the full week but plenty of trout were caught and we also saw some magnificent wildlife including otters and sea eagles.
Great place and great accommodation. Hoping to be back again next year".

"We had a lovely holiday at Rowanhill and hope to return again in the not too distant future. The cottage was really comfortable and so well equipped - very homely. We explored much of the area, and although the weather was mixed, were able to take in the beautiful landscapes and scenery of Ardnamurchan and it's surroundings. We would love to visit again in a different season".
